What Causes Head Ache And Dizziness?

hi my head hurts , it started about two weeks ago, for reasons unknown to me.i stop taking medications and pain pills trying to see if it would go away on its own, but its getting worst, i feel dizzy and i lost my taste bubs, and it gets worst when i go outside in the day time. what can be causeing this , and should i visit my doctor?
