What Causes Head Ache?

I had a headache for three days. For the most part I have been able to function however today I noticed my vision is blurring even with my glasses on. The pain is worse now. My ears hurt, my eyes hurt, my whole face hurts. I am also being told I have been very difficult to wake up and when i finally do I can't seem to think straight. My concentration has also been effected. Should I go to the ER?
