What Causes Head And Ear Pain With Infection, Headaches, Nausea And Dizziness?

my father has been having severe pain in my head and ears since the past 3 months. my father had an ear infection for which he took antibiotics. the infection reoccurred and he started antibiotics again. the pain continued even though the infection was not there. his esr is 99, WBC 12, neutrophils 78.8%, lymphocytes 11.9% and platelets 449. he is still taking antibiotics as advised by doctors and also has headaches and pain in ears alongwith occasional nausea and dizziness. kindly advise and based on this info what do u suspect is wrong with him. thanks
