What Causes Head And Neck Area Tingling, Numbness, Tinnitus And Adrenal Fatigue?

A few days ago, I started feeling strange in my head and neck area, a tingling or numbness up my neck and by the back of my neck, lower back of head and around my ears. I woke up last night with this ringing or humming in my ears, mostly the left side and when I talk it is like a robot tin-echo voice in my head. Last week I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, and Carbohydrate intolerance and started on some supplements to help me heal this issue so I stopped taking them since that is the only new thing in my life but it doesn't seem to help, Also seems to cause me stress in my shoulders
