What Causes Head Heaviness With Headaches?

doctor i have been having heaviness on the left side of my head and left eye. it is a mild headache on the left side above the ear and at times it hits on the top left side. This keeps coming regularly lasting for a few days and then goes off. i feel a bit relieved when i close my left eye for a minute. The headache is at a particular point above my left ear and if i press the area i can feel the pain originating from that point. i sometimes fear it may be symptoms of brain tumour. my height is 5.5 and weight is 70 kgs.
