What Causes Head, Sinus And Neck Pain With Runny Nose?

Hi, I have been suffering from head/sinus pain, neck pain, stuffy nose and ear stuffyness for 6 months.

this has caused my anxiety to become a problem. My eyes have started to twitch as well. I have gone to an ENT who says that my nose was definately swollen and mucus was present but said that my sinuses didnt look bad from the outside. she put me on flonase... with no relief... I have noticed that there are quite a few people with the same long term symptoms.... so I am assuming that something is going on... can anyone offer suggestions?

I am a 50 year old woman who has just completed a physical and all... well... other wise.
