What Causes Headache After Having Heavy Meal?

Hi Sir, I am Vijay 33 year old. When it eat food more than 1 cup i feel headache. Tiffen like dosa, chapathi or idly i am unable to take more than 3. If i eat little more first thing my breathing flow will not be good, then i feel headache with cold. But no sneezing. I cant open my eyes properly because of severe headache. I cant think anything deeply. What might be the cause ? and What is the solution ? Please advice me.
