What Causes Headache After Taking Methotrexate For RA?

Found out 3 months ago I have RA. I m on 8th week of methotrexate now 20mg once per week and 1mg folic acid daily. in the last month my blood pressure has went up I was always 125/78 avg now 160/90 avg the pat couple of weeks. I had been taking 1200mg -1600mg ibuprofen and have reduced to 600mg daily. I;m a 56 year old male. Methotrexate is really helping recently with RA. I also have mild headaches the past week mostly in forehead above eyes.
