What Causes Headache After Taking Rhino 7?

My boyfriend took Rhino 7, a sexual enhancement pill, on Sunday. He had a severe headache that started 30 minutes after taking it. He still have a headache, it comes and goes, but he says it is behind his eyes and still hurts a lot. What does he need to do?
