What Causes Headache After Washing Hair?

My mother is 65 yrs and she has a typical problem of having headache after washing her hairs..after 1-2 days washing of hairs the headache spreads all over the body to the joints etc. I am really worried. I am not able to understand which doctor I should consult.. will neurologist will be an ideal speciality..pls help
