What Causes Headache Along With Blurred Vision With Normal CT Scan?

2 weeks of flu (also insomnia, stress, anxiety) or some sort of respiratory bug. Flu goes away. Then sudden lightheadedness while sitting. I had been seeing a new doctor. He said anxiety and/or caused by ear infection. One ear looked bad, the other had fluid. 2weeks after anti-bios and left ear still looked bad. Went to ent. Gave me cipro drops and got a ct-scan. He said mild mastoiditis in both ears and a sinus cyst. But now my left ear is clear and my right ear is now the more infected one!!! Hearing is fine. Said I needed 3 surgeries! The ent was very bad at communicating. Went to my old OLD Dr, (who I shouldve seen in the first place). She said it was chronic sinusitis all over. Gave me prednisone and more antibios. She looked at my throat, nose, ears, checked my head pain (no significant pain). ENT ONLY checked my ears! Looked at nothing else. she said *some* ENTs tend to tell people to just have surgery instead of dealing longterm with a patient. Over time, it seems my lightheadedness does not happen on days when I am calm, and that that symptom might all be anxiety. My old OLD Doctor (who Ive decided to start seeing again) was kind of appalled by the way my ENT treated me (ENT referred to by my new doctor.), and she prescribed me MORE anti-bios and prednisone. She said this is the more realistic approach, although she has not seen my temporal ct-scan yet, but I like her diagnosis way more than the ENT, that, honestly, seems kind of dumb. I know he s a doctor and smarter than me of course, but his manner of speaking and explaining things was just awful. He did say the mastoid surgery wasnt an emergency, but that I would just keep continuing to get infections. He also said it was a low grade infection and compared it to gingivitis for some reason. Hes pretty strange, I never wanna go back to him again. Ive had some symptoms of some face pressure, headaches, occasion blurred vision, and sometimes a weird sensation of something like heat going thru my body. I am starting to think that most of these are anxiety. Separate brain ct-scan and heart test came back normal. Also, some mildly fluctuating blood pressure. Ive had ear issues and allergies and frequent sinus infections throughout life, nothing serious. I feel like my newly worsened anxiety has exacerbated things. Sorry this is so long! Please help! I am so sick of this. 34 y/o male. I feel pathetic and confused, but I love my old doctor, and Im gonna start seeing her again. Thank you!
