What Causes Headache Along With Neck And Shoulder Pain?

Hi, My daughter aged 10 years have headache in both the temple region, the the nerves in that region fluctuate very fast, before 4 mnoths she had this headache for countious 65 days 24x7 non stop. now it has started again. Also her neck region lowering towards shooulders pains. please help
