What Causes Headache Along With Stabbing Pain In Inner Ear And Head?

Hello I am a 22-year-old female and I have been suffering with a tension like headache for almost a week now it is accompanied with occasional sharp stabbing pain is which Is sometimes in my inner ear and across the top of my head it also hurts to move my eyes around and I would say that I feel achy too, stiff neck etc. I also had a high-temperature on Thursday but that seems to have gone. I work at a computer screen at a desk all day. Could it be a virus or something else?
