What Causes Headache And Arm Numbness While Having Peripheral Neuropathy?

i woke up this morning and my left arm was and is numb. I also got very tired and had to take a nap. I also had half a headache, on the same side as my numb arm. should I be concerned? I have peripherald neuropathy so I thought it could be related to this.
