What Causes Headache And Blocked Nose?

I have suffering from headache, back of the head, and little bit in neck also. This is since last 3 months on occassionaly. if i do not take complete sleep. So whether I go to MRI test now?

Also I have an problem in nose also, one side of nose getting block.
