What Causes Headache And Blood Filled Blister Under Tongue?

last night i felt a strong sudden headache which was gone in 15-20 minutes, I felt a big bump under my tongue. when i checked it looked like a giant blister filled with blood. It was gone this morning, could this be the sign for high blood pressure? It runs in my family and i'm turning 50
