What Causes Headache And Bloody Mucus In Nose?

Hi, i had slight sinus problem two years back..now i m having headache in the morning and there is slight blood which comes in nose muscus in the morning..if i cover my head + nose during the night with bed sheet... i feel better in the morning.... i m 28 yrs old male... i also feel that my nose bone is slight bent towards right...wht could be the problem
