What Causes Headache And Blurred Vision After Head Injury?

I fell on the ice and hit the back of my head on my car door 3 days ago. When my head hit the car door it felt like I could feel my brain slamming into the front of my skull. I've had a pain almost like a headache in the right front part of my head and my vision in my right eye is slightly blurred. Could this be serious or normal?
