What Causes Headache And Body Aches?

i have had a headache on my front forehead above the eybrows and near the temple. on my left side. it was hurting so bad that it was relieved with a massage that my boyfriend gave me. on top of that ive now been experiencing body aches. feels like flu like body aches, but no fever or chills. my headache is gone now though. can you tell me what could be wrong with me.
