What Causes Headache And Brown Spots Scattered On Head?

my husband has been having headaches everyday for about 3 weeks and has just shaved his head and i noticed he now has brown marks scattered all over his head which were never there before? can you advise as he has never had a GP and is reluctant to see anyone?
