What Causes Headache And Buzzing Sound In Head?

for about 3 weeks I have had a loud buzzing sound in my head, sometimes mild headaches and feeling sick. Also a strange cold sensation which comes and goes on the left side of my head, what is this. I am 49, 5ft 2" and 11 stone 5. I am normally a very healthy person with a fantastic immune system
