What Causes Headache And Constant Spinning In Head?

Hi, since last 3 days my head is spinning and its continous not in intervals plus i am having headache which travels from one side to another. I am also having a bitter taste in mouth, not feeling hungry etc. If I am lying on bed it's ok but as I get up my head spins. There is no problem in vision, hearing etc.
