What Causes Headache And Depression Before And After Periods?

hi...i write to u coz i always felt nervous..it was started when i feel have a menstrations..during before my menstrations and after my menstrations i feel this headache and i feel nervous....it was terrible this month....i feel depressed and nervous everytime i feel alone but if i have one somebody i feel relax...and during my work and alone i feel nervous...i feel freak and insaen coz i do know what happen to me....pls help me
