What Causes Headache And Difficulty In Breathing?

It's my birthday. I feel horrible. I have a headache. Im having difficulty breathing and I don't know what's wrong. I just went pee, but I felt faint as I stood which isn't normal. I feel like I'm having to breath by myself when almost always I do it like clockwork. I started feeling like my throat was closing up and its hard to breath.  I still feel like this. I don't know whether or not to wake my mom and tell her. I'm feeling nauseous.... Really bad. I am scared something is really wrong with me. I don't want to wake mom up because she has to work really early. I don't have asthma or any diagnosed breathing problems and I haven't been exposed to anything I might have an allergic reaction to. I am not allergic to any foods that I know of. What's wrong with me?
