What Causes Headache And Difficulty In Moving Eyes And Neck In Morning?

I wake up just about every morning with a headache that is so bad i can't move my eyes or neck. It feels like someone has a railroad tie and has hammered it into the top of my brain. My hair even hurts. I would rather someone shoot me than have this headache again. Please help
