My mom fell in the garage and hit the right side of her head above her ear on the lawn mower. She has a feeling of fluid build-up in her ears but no fluid has actually emerged out of her ears. She hit her head about 4-5 hours ago and is now developing a headache on the right side of her head. Is this serious?
