What Causes Headache And Dizziness After Taking Anaesthesia?

Hi I have a c section last thursday they tried putting the anestia om my back 3times with needle whemthe time came I felt everything so they had to do a general anestia but ever since then I been feeling horrible headache and dizzness they say iy will go away what can I do to help
