What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

I was just in the bathroom and when I went to wash my hands I felt like I was in a dream like state, dizzy, and like I was about to pass out. I've had a headache constantly for the past week and slept for 16 hours last night which is not like me at all. I managed to sit down but still was getting worse for a few minutes. I felt like I was in a majorly heated room but it's actually pretty cold in here, I had the window open earlier.
