What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

my nine year old daughter has complained about head ache and dizziness for the last couple days. Tylonol seems to remedy it. This morning she said she was looking in the refrigerator and for a second everything went black and then it faded back in, though she did not have a head ache. She is not dramatic or is she often sick. Should I be concerned?
