What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

Six months ago I nick on my middle finger two days later the took off the middle finger aling with opening of my top side of hand and 6inches from elbow down. Necrotizing fasciitis, since then I have been taken many antibiotics and my many Drs feel I am 90% infection free. Now I am seeing a pain Dr whom is given me Tramadol 50 MG as needed Gabapentin 300mg 4times daily, Savella 25mg twicw daily, and Tizandine 4mg at bed time. With the pain still there just numbing I have been dealing with that, my real concern is since the Bacteria my head feel different to include headaches, dizziness, and honestly feels like I am out side my body looking in just not feeling my brain is right. I have had trouble with bowel movements where I cant push, along with not being able to get a full erection. I am asking could the bacteria have done something to my body as bathroom issues and sexual problems but the major concern is my brain! Can someone help?
