What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

Hello doctor,

I have a mild headache every morning or sometimes thoroughout the day. i also feel very dizzy. somehow i don't feel fresh & energetic. i don't know the reason.

i have hypothyroid but it is under control.

can you plz tell me the cause of my headache?
