What Causes Headache And Ear Ache?

Yes, I have a terrible headache with ear ache, (at times,ears) today got worse. All of a sudden I started sweating and felt nausea. I started eating a small apple so I can take a tylenol, after a little while I felt so so sick that I just vomitted. What is going on, please help.
