What Causes Headache And Nausea?

hi i would like to know what could be the cause of me i've have headaches every day especially when i wake up from sleep. i also get nausea and have trouble standing striate. some times i feel like i've had a seizure after waking up and my left hand is a sleep even though i was sleeping on my right side. i also have trouble thinking. please help.
