What Causes Headache And Nose Pain After Performing Bench Press?

I take a weight lifting class and i was bench pressing 120 pounds. The bar fell in my nose and i had a handful of blood. I felt fine for a couple of hours. Then later that night i got a bad headache. And i rarely get headaches. The next day which is today i still have a bad headache and i am sometimes sensitive to the light. My nose also really hurts. What does this mean?
