What Causes Headache And Numb Feeling Inside Head?

For the past couple of days ive felt a weird feeling in the side of my head as if a muscle or vein im not sure what it is, is kind of pumping or kind of vibrating a bit its kind of a numb feeling. It is very hard to explain but its a small area where i feel it and it is located where i have headaches the most. Im worried its something srious im only 15.
