What Causes Headache And Numbness In Feet?

I have had an odd come and go headache for over a week now. It has ranged from left to right and has been at the base of the skull and / or in the sinus areas - like behind either eye and cheekbone. This morning, I woke up with slightly numb feet. I am concerned. Do these combination of symptoms make any sense?
