What Causes Headache And Pain In Ears Along With Severe Cough?

I am 45 years old and have been sick for over a month. It started with a headache and my ears hurting then moved on to add a cough which lasted over a week. Now I have had a sore throat added with white blisters in my throat. I have no tonsils. I have been to the doctor 3 times in a month. They have done a flu test, chest xray to check for pneumonia, and most recently a strept test when the sore throat started. Did I mention that my neck is tender to the touch and aches along with ears and throat? My teeth even hurt. The first diagnosis was a sinus infection. I had augmentin for that. Now they have tested me for mono but I haven't heard back from the results.
