What Causes Headache And Pressure Behind Eyes?

hi I'm a 26 year old female, 5'5 and 140 pds. 4 weeks ago I got a bad headache on my right hand sight accompanied by a very red eye, The next day the headache was gone but the red eyes stayed for the last four weeks with pressure behind my eyes and in the top of my head coming and going. I have been having heart flutters recently to with an irregular period.....? Any ideas?
