What Causes Headache And Sickness After Consuming Alcohol?

Hello. I am 19. Recently, every time I've had alcohol I've been sick and had a headache almost instantly, even after only one bottle of beer. I have also not been gaining weight even though I am eating more, not exercising and having fewer bowel movements (though I don't know if these things are connected)
