What Causes Headache And Sinus Pressure While Having Arrhythmia?

head cold with typical symptoms- headache, sinus pressure and discharge, body aches. feels like a fever, but thermometer registers 98.4. My normal temp is 96.6. female, 43 years old, arrythmia (occasional symptomatic runs of PVCs) particularly when I m sick. MD says not to worry unless there s fever. should I call?
