What Causes Headache And Sleeplessness?

hi iam feeling some times pulse feeling everywere in my body and lack of sleeping,some times earthing like feeling in haed and body,and pain left side chest,some times slightly headace changing places,but when iam busy or engaged no problems for me....i am using tryalin 10mg.now but still i have problem...i am son depressed =please help me=30yrs,78kg,no medical history,mri done =demylnation is there=seen by neurologist-mri normal.
