What Causes Headache And Small Dent At Back Of Head?

I have been wearing wigs for close to 30 yrs. due to female pattern baldness. I just recently discovered a huge dent along the back of my head where the wig sits. is that normal? I also have been suffering from headaches upon standing. would this have something to do with the dent? I had a mri, was normal.
