What Causes Headache And Stomach Ache After Taking A Nap?
Hello, I m almost 19 years old, a freshman in college and i am on spring break. I ve been taking long naps in the middle of the day (each about 4 to 5 hours) for the past couple of days, and when I wake up, I have a headache or a stomach ache. Could this be due to the abnormal naps I m taking in the middle of the day?
