What Causes Headache And Sweaty Hands?

I was in a corporate meeting all day and towards the end the last two hours my hands were very very sweaty. On my way home I felt like I may black out... I did not I am home and in bed now a few hours later and I still have sweaty palms and just feel off with a slight headache.
