What Causes Headache And Throbbing At The Top Of Head?

I am having a lot of sensations all over my head. Some times certain areas feel real cold. Sometimes I have a head ache. Sometimes throbbing at the top of my head. I am crying one minute and mad the next. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thank you Didn t know I had to pay for this! Thanks anyway
