What Causes Headache And Tingling Sensation In Body?

sir,i have a too much headache with nerves tingling in my body,i had a little bit depression problem,but know its ok,i had many tested on nerve tilling in body and headache but,i dint find any result,so please suggest what type of problem is dat and whom shall i consult to this problem
