What Causes Headache And Vertigo?

Hi suffer from severe headaches and vertigo,, I have just been told that i have two extra cervical ribs at my neck area,, i also suffer from pins and needles in my fingers, but the headaches are the main problem,,and constant vertigo..are the ribs the cause of my pain.?
