What Causes Headache At The Time Of Ejaculation?

hi, i experience a headache in the back right part of my head at the moment of ejaculation. and it's very infrequent. This week it's happened a couple times, before this week it hadn't happened for almost a year. any ideas what this could be? Thanks.
