What Causes Headache, Back Pain And Shortness Of Breath In Morning?

I have been waking up with moderate back pain, profound fatigue, irregular heart beats, mild shortness of breath and a blood pressure around 148-152/100-102. this goes down a little after getting up and moving around, but I usually develop a headache and my fatigue increases.
