What Causes Headache Behind Eyes While Having Reading Glasses?

I have had a headache for several hours behind my eyes to the point that my nose hurts now. I have reading glasses & am wondering if that is the cause of my eyes hurting. I am 65, overweight, out of shape on heart medicine and blood pressure meds. Am wondering if any of this is related and what can I do to relieve my symptoms.
